1) Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited or restricted activities, content, products, and services in the use of checkout, APIs, dashboard, and other solutions of Mundpay (“Mundpay Platform”).
By using the Mundpay Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP, the Seller Agreement, the Unified Terms MoR (Checkout), and the Complementary Policies (Privacy; Refund; Prohibited Products; Advertising & Media).
2) General guidelines and enforcement
Mundpay may monitor, audit, and investigate activities and content (including automated analysis) to verify compliance.
Mundpay may, at any time, remove materials, suspend/terminate access/account and/or withhold funds when verifying a violation or high risk, including for behaviors outside the Platform related to the use of our services.
The interpretation and decision on violations are the exclusive jurisdiction of Mundpay.

3) Registration and listing of products (physical and digital)
The Seller may register physical and digital products, subject to this AUP and the Complementary Policies.
Approval may occur in a automated and post-audited manner. Mundpay may request documents, adjustments, or remove listings at any time.
The Seller is entirely responsible for the content, quality, compliance, approvals, and support of their products/services.
4) Prohibitions (non-exhaustive list)
It is strictly prohibited to use the Mundpay Platform to offer, publish, advertise, mediate, accept payments, host, or distribute:
4.1 Illegals and public safety
Drugs/narcotics and precursors; substances that mimic illegal drugs; equipment intended for the manufacture/use of drugs.
Firearms, ammunition, explosives; conversion components/kits; pepper spray and stun guns; hazardous materials (toxic, flammable, radioactive).
Human trafficking, child exploitation, organs/body parts, stolen/robbed goods.
Spy tools, interception, signal blockers, devices for illegal decoding (e.g.: unregulated IPTV/TV boxes).
4.2 Violence, hatred, and exploitation
Content that incites or glorifies violence, terrorism, vandalism, self-harm/suicide, torture, cruelty to people/animals.
Hate/discrimination against protected groups (race, ethnicity, origin, religion, gender/identity, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition).
Zero tolerance for child exploitation/abuse and related content.
4.3 Adult and sexual services
Pornography, explicit nudity, prostitution, escorts, “packs” and paid distribution of explicit sexual content; pornographic “pay-per-view”.
4.4 Fraud, deception, and abusive practices
Misleading advertising; unrealistic earnings promises; “get rich quick” schemes; pyramid/MMN; “robots/signals” for trading without a license.
Negative option without clear disclosure; “free trial” without informed consent; dark patterns.
“Clean name”, “health miracles”, false/manipulated testimonials.
4.5 Financial and crypto services (when unauthorized)
Loans/credit, “BNPL”, custody of funds, money transmission, remittances, exchange/currency.
Crypto: exchanges/wallets, on/off-ramp, ICOs, staking/mining; issuing/selling NFTs and marketplaces - unless pre-approved (see Section 5).
Payment intermediation/aggregation (processing for unidentified third parties).
4.6 Gambling and promotions
Betting, casinos, lotteries, raffles, contests/draws with financial or equivalent prizes without legal backing; “pay-per-bid”.
4.7 Health, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices
Sale of controlled medications, medical devices subject to prescription/approval without a license; unauthorized telemedicine.
Nutraceuticals and health/aesthetic claims without scientific backing; promises of weight loss/sex guaranteed.
4.8 Intellectual property and data
Replicas, counterfeits, piracy; infringement of trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets.
Sale/use of personal data without legal basis; requesting/storing third-party passwords.
4.9 Cybersecurity and technical abuse
Malware, phishing, botnets, social engineering, spam, card testing.
Misuse of the Mundpay brand/IP, false affiliation/endorsement.
4.10 Sanctions, jurisdictions, and PEP
Operations with sanctioned jurisdictions (e.g.: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, regions of Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk) or individuals on sanction lists (OFAC/UN/EU/UK) - directly or indirectly.
PEP – Politically Exposed Persons (Seller, UBOs, administrators, family/relatives): we do not accept (see Seller Agreement – PEP clause).
5) Restricted items and activities (subject to pre-approval)
Depend on risk analysis and express authorization from Mundpay (which may require enhanced KYC/KYB, risk reserves, limits, anti-fraud flows, approvals, and documentary evidence):
Supplements/nutraceuticals and health claims (weight loss, libido, performance).
Regulated products with certifications/approvals (ANVISA, ANATEL, INMETRO, FDA, CE, etc.).
Approval may be denied or revoked at any time. Non-compliance turns the activity into a prohibited one.
6) Minimum requirements for commercial transparency
Price and recurrence: display frequency, value, and renewal date.
Express consent: before the first charge and each automatic renewal.
Simple cancellation and visible refund policy (e.g.: order.mundpay.com).
No dark patterns, false urgencies, relevant omissions.
Health/performance claims: true, verifiable, and without promising “guaranteed results”.
7) Prohibited uses of Mundpay products/infrastructure
Registration data false/incomplete; failing to report relevant changes.
All products in the list below are prohibited:
https://mundpay.com/en/termos-de-usoProcessing on behalf of another unidentified merchant; aggregating payments from third parties.
Using Mundpay as a virtual terminal/card tester (recurring manual capture without real good/service).
Use of brand/logos of Mundpay without written authorization or that induces endorsement/affiliation.
8) Measures and consequences (enforcement)
If a violation or material risk is identified, Mundpay may, without prejudice to other contractual/legal measures:
Remove content/items; block listings/integrations;
Suspend/terminate accounts and access;
Withhold funds, apply risk reserve, limit withdrawals, and enable refunds;
Request documents and corrections (landing page, claims, disclosures);
Notify affected brands/suppliers, payment partners, and, when applicable, authorities.
Financial measures (withholdings/blockings/reserves) follow the Seller Agreement and the Payments & Fees page. Mundpay may deny or terminate the relationship for incompatible risk.
9) Reporting and contact channel
Suspected misuse? Send to denuncias@mundpay.com (subject: “AUP Complaint”) with URL/order ID, screenshots, and objective description. We maintain confidentiality under our Privacy Policy.
10) Changes and precedence
We may update this AUP at any time, publishing the current version on the website. Continued use after the update implies agreement.
In case of conflict between this AUP and other documents, this AUP prevails as necessary to resolve the conflict, without detracting from what is stated in the Seller Agreement and the Unified Terms MoR regarding responsibilities, disputes, and financial measures.
