This Policy explains how Mundpay collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data in the use of our websites, checkouts, customer portal, communications, and other online services ("Services").

We do not sell personal data. If in the future we adopt behavioral advertising with sharing that falls under "sale/sharing" in any jurisdiction, we will provide clear opt-out mechanisms and update this Policy.

6) International transfers

As we operate globally, your data may be processed/stored in countries different from your own. We adopt contractual clauses, technical controls, and compatible security standards to protect data during international transfers.

9) Children and adolescents

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years old. If we become aware of any improper collection, we will remove the information.

10) Security

We adopt appropriate administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, accidental loss, and illegal destruction. No online method is 100% secure; we continuously work to improve our controls. 

11) “Do Not Track” and interest-based advertising

Some browsers offer the Do Not Track (DNT) signal. Our Services currently may not respond to DNT, but you can manage cookies and preferences as per Section 4.
